what are the advantages and disadvantages of a cooperation with africa considering solar energy?
like installing solar panels in the sahara desert
That would be a good idea but the problem that there could face would be the money. Africa would face hard time if they decide to spend there money on solar panel rather than food for the dying children.
The advantages would be probley save more money .
